About Relomize
Relomize is operated by Relomize Me Solutions Ltd. We help people plan a move to Vietnam and find local providers, and we help providers reach people who need them.
What Relomize is and isn't
- Relomize provides general information and planning tools. It is not legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. Confirm anything that matters legally or financially with the provider and, where appropriate, an independent professional.
- Prices on Relomize are typical ranges, not quotes.
- Providers are independent. They are responsible for their own advice, services, terms, licences and compliance. Relomize is not a party to the agreement between you and a provider.
- "Verified" means we checked a provider's identity and relevant business or professional documents. It doesn't mean we inspected their work or guarantee the outcome of a service.
- Relomize does not process payments between you and providers, does not hold money on your behalf, and does not offer escrow, payment protection or refunds for provider services.
Using Relomize
- Give accurate information and keep your account email secure.
- Don't misuse the site: no spam, scraping, attempts to break security, or unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
- Don't upload passports, medical, financial or immigration documents.
- We may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect users.
Content
The site's content belongs to Relomize or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal planning. You keep ownership of what you submit, and give us permission to use it to run Relomize.
Liability
We work hard to keep information accurate and the site available, but we provide Relomize "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for a provider's services or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Changes
We may update these terms. We publish every version with its effective date.
